Signing up for cervical screening through a link was a fantastic way to get me to actually do it! Sue was absolutely lovely and talked me through the entire process, she also answered all my questions and put my mind at ease about other medical issues. 10/10 service!

I had already arranged private physio & been to Minor Injuries Unit, but my problem persisted after some weeks. I accepted an appointment with one of the Physician Associates who listened, referred me for X-ray and following the results offered me a steroid injection. I accepted & she made the appointment and she skilfully performed the injection. Excellent communication & explanation. I suspect a lot of people still think they need to see a Dr & don't understand this new way of providing patient care which I was extremely happy with.
